kiana lin is a lover
of all things art!
By day (and sometimes night 😁), Kiana is a graphic designer, screenprinter, and artist based in central Illinois. She is passionate about graphic design as an avenue of expression that combines the elements of creativity with sociology and problem solving. She is highly motivated to use her skills to find sustainable solutions that can create spaces that spark emotion, connection, and understanding—helping others and making life more beautiful.
Kiana believes that beauty exists in all places. She is inspired by the little details that are often overlooked, like the way a bug moves its limbs, the silhouette of a shadow, or an interesting piece of litter. Her biggest goal is to conceive art and design that can connect, create community, and inspire growth. She wants to make a difference in the world.
When not designing, she loves to dabble in many other forms of expression and creativity, like sewing, yarn-work, charcoal, mixology! She also enjoys finding new music, attending local shows, playing board games, hiking local trails, and cooking (and eating) delicious food. More than her hobbies, she is a big advocate for personal growth through body and mind.
Though I’m a “born-and-raised” Peorian, I’ve only recently come to appreciate the small-big town vibes of this city that have been created and cultivated by the people who care for this place they call home. In the past few years, I’ve met both locals and transplants that encourage my creativity with their lively spirits and blooming ideas. As I continue to make art and meet new people, I wish to share the warm-hearted spirit of Peoria!
